You will join the leadership team at our recently acquired company, Trayer Engineering, in their San Leandro, CA, and Livermore, CA, facility. You will be highly involved in integrating the company into Siemens, as well as supporting the company's normal business priorities. You will play a crucial role in guiding employees through the change process, acting as a liaison across the broader Siemens organization, navigating ambiguity, and finding solutions to everyday challenges. You will balance the operational priorities of a production environment with a strategic business focus, bringing insight, an independent viewpoint, and HR expertise to business issues. With the support of an onsite P&O Generalist, you will consult with and influence managers on topics for emerging people topics, translate business requirements into people imperatives, and work collaboratively across teams to develop solutions to business challenges and drive opportunities. You will report to the People & Organization Manager for Siemens’ USA Electrification and Automation business unit and will be expected to be present at either of the 2 business locations a minimum of three days per week. We are looking for a People & Organization (HR) Business Partner. This is a hybrid position located in San Leandro, CA, and Livermore, CA.
