We're looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented and resourceful HR Operations expert to join the team! Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Operations & Experience, you will be responsible for supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle by helping internal HR processes be efficient and successful, and keeping internal data in order. The ideal candidate will be an independent, detail-oriented, creative thinker who can work with internal and external stakeholders to drive best practices. This role will require flexibility and the ability to collaborate across teams and geographical areas, as well as a customer service approach to employee needs.
