Your Role: The People Operations Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration of core People Operations processes, serving as the first point of contact for crew members and people managers and ensuring accurate, timely execution of employee lifecycle transactions. Reporting to the Head of Shared Services, this role plays a critical part in delivering a consistent, high-quality crew member experience through ownership of transactional work, strong data integrity across People systems, and a service-oriented, continuous improvement mindset. The People Operations Specialist partners closely with HR Business Partners and subject matter experts, appropriately escalating complex or sensitive matters while contributing to the evolution of a scalable, efficient shared services model.
