We’re looking for a Software Engineering Intern to join our People Operations team and help us scale smarter. You’ll use platforms like Windsurf to build internal apps, automations, and lightweight AI-powered tools that make our work more efficient and impactful. You’ll collaborate closely with our People team to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, then prototype and ship tools to solve them—think dashboards, workflows, bots, or custom interfaces powered by LLMs. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building real-world applications that solve immediate problems, has a strong foundation in software development, and is curious about the intersection of AI and operations.
