We're looking for: A People Operations Manager to take ownership of recruiting operations and people processes during a high-growth phase. This person will work closely with hiring managers across departments—especially Sales, Product, and Operations—to help hit headcount targets, improve candidate experience, and put in place scalable people frameworks. You’ll lead everything from scheduling interviews and sourcing candidates to building basic onboarding and performance support systems. You’ll also help define the right hiring criteria and enable managers to run consistent and fair interview processes. This is a strategic role for someone excited to wear many hats and help shape the future of our team.
