About The Position

We’re looking for a people-first, detail-oriented team player to join our People Team and support the day-to-day operations that help our team do their best work and feel great about working at Alto. The People Ops and Recruiting Coordinator will play a hands-on role in creating an intentional, positive experience for team members at every stage of their Alto journey.
