About The Position

The People Operations – Project Coordinator plays a key role in managing AlphaSense’s job requisition process from intake to completion. Partnering closely with People Business Partners and hiring teams, this role ensures accurate data entry, timely processing, and alignment with company standards. In addition, the coordinator will support initiatives to enable manager self-service within Workday to include but not limited to: rebuilding job architecture, developing training materials, and providing system guidance post go-live. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and experience managing Workday business processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of HR experience
  • 3+ years of Workday experience
  • Preference for international support experience
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with leaders across the company
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges, able to work independently
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets (experience with filters, vLookup, formulas, etc. is a plus!)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end job requisition process by partnering with People Business Partners and hiring managers to gather, validate, and input accurate data into Workday.
  • Ensure timely processing of all requisitions by monitoring workflow progress, proactively following up on outstanding items, and communicating updates to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain data integrity within Workday through careful data entry, routine audits, and adherence to established standards and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the requisition process, driving greater accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of manager self-service by assisting in the rebuild of AlphaSense’s job architecture within Workday.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, process documentation, and job aids to empower managers and People team members to confidently navigate Workday.
  • Provide guidance and basic troubleshooting support to managers, escalating complex system issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and People Systems & Analytics teams to ensure alignment and a seamless employee and manager experience.
  • Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards, maintaining discretion and compliance in all aspects of work.
