About The Position

YOUR MISSION: As a People Operations Partner (f/m/d), you will support and drive flawless people experience at Parloa by implementing scalable processes and fostering a sense of belonging. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Take ownership of the local Pre-, On- and Offboarding including coordinating and hosting onboarding sessions. Be responsible for People's Administrative tasks such as VISA processes, offer letters and reference letters. Manage legal compliance to support our remote team. Support in contract management and US benefit administration, including open enrollment. Handle daily employee requests via our ticketing system, also supporting the global team in Berlin Maintain our internal knowledge base. Manage data by record keeping, documentation, and fillings. Our People Tech-stack: HiBob, JustWorks, Leapsome, Greenhouse, Notion, Gaia, GSuite, Slack, Asana

Requirements

  • Regular in-office collaboration in our New York City (Manhattan) location at least 3 times per week
  • Ability to travel to Berlin from time to time for team events and closer collaboration with the global team in Berlin.
  • Experience in designing and implementing people processes including but not only global Pre-, On- and Offboarding.
  • Experience in employee relations and people administration tasks.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other People related software.
  • Local state compliance and labor law knowledge, with experience in supporting a remote team across the US.
  • Ability to adapt to and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sophisticated Project Management skills.
  • Benefit Administration knowledge.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Policy development.
  • Payroll systems and processes knowledge (Justworks)
  • HiBob (HRIS) knowledge desirable
  • Experience with immigration and US visa processing.
