People Operations Partner - Organizational Effectiveness

East Bay Community Action Program
123d$75,000 - $80,000

About The Position

We're seeking a People Operations Partner - Data & Analytics who thrives at the intersection of human resources and data science. You'll be our data storyteller and HR strategist rolled into one. Half your time will be spent extracting insights from ADP Workforce Now and building compelling Power BI dashboards that guide leadership decisions. The other half? Providing hands-on HR partnership to our Family Development programs and other grant-funded initiatives that change lives in our community. This is transformation work. You'll help shift our organization from traditional management practices to professional, data-driven decision making—while ensuring we maintain the heart and mission that drives everything we do.
