Each month, individuals worldwide donate tens of millions of dollars through our platform. We are the go-to fundraising solution for some of the world's leading non-profit organizations. UNICEF, Obama Foundation, the Alzheimer's Association, and many others leverage our platform for their online fundraising needs. We are looking for an experienced People Operations Manager / Team Lead to join our global PeopleOps function. This person will manage a small but high-impact team (up to 5 direct reports next year) and drive complex PeopleOps projects end-to-end. The role combines strategic program management with hands-on execution across global HR operations, employee lifecycle, and cross-border compliance. It is both a leadership role and a builder’s role: you will be stepping in to replace a current team lead, while also taking ownership of key global projects that require urgency and precision.
