About The Position
Harris County Housing & Community Development provides life-enhancing projects and programs to residents of Harris County. Our services include spurring community investment through the provision of homebuying programs, partnering with community members and housing developers to build diverse housing options that uplift communities and offer other assistance that support community building. Under broad supervision, The People Operations Manager will oversee and improve the day-to-day operations of the People Operations function. This role focuses on optimizing employee experience, driving efficiency in HR processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The People Operations Manager will supervise a team of three administrative coordinators and work cross-functionally to develop strategies that improve workforce engagement, onboarding, HR systems, and overall organizational culture.
