About The Position
Axial is the largest software platform on the internet connecting buyers and sellers of small to medium sized businesses (SMBs). Our mission is to unleash the potential of private capital markets for the benefit of all entrepreneurs. We are seeking a People Operations professional who is passionate about building a world class people function supporting a hybrid, remote-first distributed workforce. This role involves owning key functions within our team, being creative, entrepreneurial, and working on career-building projects. The ideal candidate is a true generalist excited about wearing many hats, skilled across many HR areas, and eager to be a hands-on builder who has successfully scaled teams in the past.
