About The Position

CW Financial Services LLC ("CW") is a premier and unique, full-service real-estate firm providing solutions to institutional clients in the areas of Commercial Real Estate Finance. CW is recognized industry wide for providing the most sophisticated capital markets structuring techniques. As a People Operations intern, you will learn the day-to-day responsibilities, including onboarding, recruiting, and employee engagement. You will support the Managing Director and People Operations & Recruiting Manager. You will interface with all employees to provide excellent customer service and maintain good employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to creating a seamless and positive onboarding and offboarding experience for new hires, including coordinating, collecting, and tracking all necessary documentation.
  • Support talent acquisition processes by joining initial candidate screenings, coordinating interview schedules, creating and updating essential hiring documents, etc.
  • Proactively identify and recommend improvements to enhance existing People Operations and talent acquisition processes.
  • Ensure accurate and organized maintenance of employee records and shared files, adhering to company policies and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support to the People Operations & Recruiting Manager and Managing Director, assisting with day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects.
  • Address employee inquiries related to People Operations, offering guidance and ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Perform general office management tasks to ensure a positive environment for all employees.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and other tasks to support the People Operations team.
