Requirements

• Rising Sophomore or Junior currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate professional work ethic.
• Proficient in Google or Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Create documentation around policies, on-boarding, off-boarding, and performance management.
• Assist with recruitment by crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidate pipeline and selection, and interview coordination.
• Support, research and participate in recruiting and branding events and activities such as career fairs.
• Assist and research in DEI initiatives to help inform strategies.
• Assist with colleague engagement activities, including support Click's Summer Bash.
• Support additional special projects on an Ad-hoc basis.
