Our DEI-focused program is designed to create sustainable pipelines to invest in SoundCloud's future, discover new, diverse talent at all levels, and develop future leaders who will contribute to all business areas. Interns will be fully immersed in the team, receiving opportunities to enhance their skills, and contribute to our mission. Furthermore, interns will receive various professional and personal development opportunities, like mentorship programming, fireside chats with senior leadership, innovative stretch assignments, and the chance to participate in networking events with other SoundCloud employees across the organization. SoundCloud's People Operations team is on the hunt for an awesome intern to help keep our HR processes smooth, our employees happy, and our data accurate!   • Keeping our employee benefits on point by auditing monthly invoices and ensuring enrollments are spot-on
  • Checking employee benefit selections and making sure they align with payroll records
  • Digging into Workday (our HRIS system) to audit and update employee info
  • Helping make our HR policies clear, consistent, and easy to use
  • Answering employee questions about benefits and HR policies—because we love keeping our team informed!
  • Jumping into fun, surprise projects and ad-hoc tasks—because no two days are the same!
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal (you'll be talking to lots of people!)
  • Detail-oriented mindset—because accuracy is key in HR
  • Comfortable using Google Docs (bonus points if you know your way around Microsoft Excel and the entire Word Suite!)
  • Flexible and versatile with working hours—we collaborate across multiple time zones (Berlin, LA, NYC, and London!)
