Responsibilities

  • Support management in strategic HR planning, organizational development, and retention.
  • Manage HR delivery, including policy development, employee relations, and record-keeping.
  • Utilize spreadsheet tools (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) to analyze and manage HR data, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic insights.
  • Oversee benefits administration, handle inquiries, and manage enrollment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
  • Foster an inclusive company culture through effective HR policies and practices.
  • Administer HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, updates, and processing.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of new hire orientation, including deck and information updates and scheduling attendees.
  • Resolve employee issues and provide guidance on company policy and conflict resolution.
  • Utilize Rippling, our HRIS, to produce data and reports for strategic decision-making and maintain system integrity.
  • Coordinate and participate in strategic HR projects and daily activities proactively.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for employee inquiries, providing prompt and accurate support.
