About The Position

At Tend, we believe great employee experiences power great member experiences. Behind every studio, every hire, and every moment that matters is a People team working thoughtfully to ensure our systems, processes, and support feel seamless and human. The People Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping the engine of our People function running smoothly. This role supports the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding through offboarding — while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and a consistent, high-trust employee experience. You’ll partner closely with Payroll, Total Rewards, and People leadership to maintain strong operational foundations while helping evolve and improve how we support our teams as we grow. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organized, systems-minded, service-oriented, and excited to deepen their career in People Operations and Total Rewards. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and is remote or hybrid; candidates based in the Nashville area will work onsite 1-2 days per week, and remote team members must be located within Central or Eastern time zones to support our studio hours of operation.
