As a People Operations Contractor on the People team, you will be the foundational support ensuring our HR processes run smoothly. You are someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to launch a career in Human Resources while working onsite five days a week. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage the essential transactional workflow of the department using ADP Workforce Now and Google Suite, serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and maintaining the integrity of our employee data. You will support the team by generating critical compensation documents, managing inbox communications, and ensuring new hires have a seamless onboarding experience. This is a temporary assignment expected to last through July 2026.
