Eataly is hiring a People Operations & Compensation Intern for Summer 2025 to work with and learn from Eataly’s HR Team. This internship is a unique opportunity for hands-on, professional experience with a fun and dynamic team. Get a taste of what life is like as an Eatalian! With the guidance of the Manager of Operations & Compensation, the intern will assist in various HR functions, including administration of HR systems, compensation analysis, and workforce planning activities. The internship runs from June - August and is onsite at Eataly’s corporate offices in Manhattan, NY.
