The People Operations Administrator is responsible for technical data support for the People function information system (HR Minds), ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and user comfort while also supporting People Ops activities. This role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining People data in various systems and databases, including up-to-date employee files, records, and data within the HRIS system and other internal shared resources. The administrator will use Excel and other tools to manipulate and analyze data for reporting and decision-making purposes, auditing data and ensuring alignment among all systems, cost centers, and team structures. Additionally, the role includes identifying opportunities to automate data management processes and implementing solutions to improve efficiency, answering basic user system questions, and escalating complex issues to the HR Minds team. The administrator will also ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and resolving discrepancies, assist with system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features, and partner with cross-functional global team members on systems-related issues, requests for enhancements, report queries, and other activities and projects. Regular and ad-hoc reports will be generated and distributed to support People operations and decision-making, along with providing regular checkups and status updates of USA data, reviewing transaction results, and assessing system performance and accuracy. The administrator will serve as the point of contact for system usage, access, testing, and escalation requests.
