As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our management team in South Bend, IN, and play a vital role in supporting our mission. As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruiting, licensing, employee relations, and compliance. Your strong organizational skills and leadership will ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes and align with our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. You will work closely with management and lead a team of three HR professionals to provide top-notch support to our employees.
