About The Position

We're looking for a People Leader to help us maintain world-class standards and support our operations at the Atlanta (ATL) airport. As a People Leader, you’ll partner with our leadership team to streamline processes, ensure compliance, and foster a positive work environment. You’ll help create scalable systems that empower teams, enhance performance, and uphold our mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field (required).
5+ years of experience in a unionized environment, with hospitality or food service experience preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Expertise U.S. labor law
Ability to travel up to 15% within the U.S., with valid work authorization.

Professional designation (e.g., SHRM) is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to support pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including job descriptions and employment letters.
Facilitate New Hire Orientation and employee recognition programs.
Address employee relations issues, resolve complaints, and collaborate with union representatives as needed.
Manage grievance processes and disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and consistency.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, investigating and resolving compliance risks.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend strategies to improve retention
