About The Position
We are seeking an experienced People Lead to lead our U.S. and Canadian HR operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR generalist with strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, payroll, benefits, tax, and compliance, and a basic understanding of Canadian employment regulations. The People Lead will oversee the full employee lifecycle (excluding recruitment), ensure regulatory compliance, including mandatory training, health and safety requirements, and serve as a business partner to leaders across North America, including the C-suite. This role is fully remote, with occasional travel as needed.
