We are seeking a People Insights & Analytics Specialist to join our People Insights Center of Excellence (CoE). Reporting to the Director of People Insights & Analytics, this role supports enterprise-wide talent analytics projects and translates workforce data into actionable insights. Responsibilities include the technical aspects of collecting, integrating and analyzing large sets of workforce data, building and maintaining analytical products, and preparing data illustrations, findings, and reports. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking and analytical skills to create automated solutions and scale delivery of workforce analytics to key stakeholders, aligning with business priorities. The current employee work arrangement for this position is hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
