About The Position
The People Experience Partner will be a part of our HR team and will strengthen employee purpose and elevate organization-wide performance by activating, facilitating, and enhancing moments that matter. HR Advisory teams will activate HR products and services that enrich the lives of JLL employees. The People Experience Partner will work with business and HR leaders to facilitate the employee experience by coaching managers on the moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle. In this role one will use their business acumen, HR expertise and local knowledge to enable business and HR priorities. This role will deep dive, surface insights, and influence HR Service Delivery and HR/Talent COEs to enhance moments that matter to enable talent to do their best work.
