About The Position

The People Experience Lead at McDonald's is a pivotal role focused on enhancing the overall employee experience across all restaurants. Requirements

  • Completed all necessary training material.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a restaurant culture of growth-minded team members and leaders.
  • Maintain vision alignment with the Operator and the leadership team.
  • Participate in monthly Operation Team meetings.
  • Ensure stewardship systems are implemented throughout the restaurant.
  • Create a center of excellence for area of responsibility by leading and implementing innovative systems.
  • Develop leaders to operate as a motivated, high-performance team.
  • Conduct weekly hiring and orientations within all restaurants.
  • Perform discipline for actions that do not meet standards and document accordingly.
  • Work with other directors during the hiring process, including resume screening and interviews.
  • Ensure all staff members adhere to the ECC Enterprises Handbook.
