About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive People Experience Coordinator to join our People Team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting people operations and fostering a positive work environment. In this role, you will be reporting up to Manager, Total Rewards. You will be instrumental in supporting various HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee benefits and compensation. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, highly detail-oriented, and thrives in collaborative environments, working with diverse teams to ensure a seamless experience for both employees and candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar) or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for providing exceptional service to candidates and employees.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
  • Experience with Applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Proficient at executing basic excel functions (v-lookups, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Support filing, organizing, and ensuring confidentiality of employee files.
  • Help prepare documents for audits and compliance reporting.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative and operational tasks throughout end-to-end recruitment and hiring operations, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and drafting offer letters.
  • Serve as the 'air traffic control' for communication channels such as Slack, internal ticketing systems, and physical mail.
  • Coordinate and prioritize requests and responses to ensure smooth operations within the People Team.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries, support leave of absence administration, and help with compliance reporting and benefits renewal processes.
  • Prepare and organize employee data for compensation reviews and audits.
  • Assist in the generation and distribution of compensation letters and related documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity when handling compensation data.
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador and resource for employees navigating company values and practices.
  • Act as an advocate for maintaining a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
