About The Position

The People Engagement Program Manager is responsible for leading medium to large cross-functional initiatives that support People & Communications' global priorities. This role drives the implementation of strategies, roadmaps, change/adoption plans, and success measures to enhance the employee and manager experience while aligning with evolving business models. You will partner closely with HR Business Partners, P&C Strategy & Planning, and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely, effective program delivery. Success in this role requires strong program management expertise, excellent collaboration, and the ability to communicate and influence at multiple levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management leading medium to large initiatives, preferably in HR, employee experience, or related corporate functions.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with proficiency in program management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent documentation and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills; able to influence and engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with creative problem-solving skills and comfort with change and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead medium to large multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams to deliver key P&C global initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Translate strategies and roadmaps into actionable program plans, including change/adoption strategies, operational workflows, and success measures.
  • Document processes and improvements, proposing creative solutions to enhance the employee and manager experience.
  • Partner with HRBPs, P&C leadership, Strategy & Planning, and other stakeholders to drive adoption and readiness for new programs.
  • Develop and maintain program-level reporting and metrics to track progress, communicate results, and inform decision-making.
  • Effectively present data and analysis to stakeholders and leadership, providing clear updates, recommendations, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships across P&C and other business areas to ensure consistency, alignment, and operating effectiveness.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and stakeholder needs while maintaining program delivery momentum.
