About The Position
The People Engagement Partner (PEP) at Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania is responsible for managing employee relations, conducting investigations, and analyzing ethics reports. This role requires building partnerships across People Services to ensure confidentiality and trust while addressing employee needs. The PEP will provide insights on investigation outcomes, identify trends, and recommend solutions to enhance employee engagement and compliance with legal requirements.
