This position can be located out of Rosemont or Chicago. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences tailored to multiple leader levels, providing content to support mindset shifts in leadership and employee development spanning a career. The candidate will use instructional design principles and leverage third-party vendors to create engaging and effective content such as workshops, e-learning, webinars, and other growth mechanisms like coaching and mentoring. The position requires facilitating learning (30%+), either in-person or virtually, utilizing adult learning methodologies, and overseeing updates and related communication as needed. Additionally, the candidate will manage a team of individual contributors who support the organization by administering operational aspects of the LMS, delivering and designing engaging learning experiences, and maintaining training, toolkits, and presentations to ensure conciseness and accuracy. The role also requires the ability to travel up to 25% of the time and perform other duties as assigned.
