About The Position

This is a full-time permanent position focused on designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences tailored to various leader levels. The role involves providing content that supports mindset shifts in leadership and employee development throughout their careers. The position requires the use of instructional design principles and collaboration with third-party vendors to create engaging content such as workshops, e-learning, and webinars. Additionally, the role includes facilitating learning sessions, managing a team of contributors, and overseeing the operational aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS). The position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 8 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver learning experiences tailored to multiple leader levels.
• Use instructional design principles and leverage third-party vendors to create engaging and effective content.
• Facilitate learning (30%+) in-person or virtually, utilizing adult learning methodologies.
• Manage a team of individual contributors supporting the organization through administering operational aspects of the LMS.
• Deliver and design engaging learning experiences, maintaining training, toolkits, and presentations.
• Oversee updates and related communication as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
