About The Position
The People Data Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the toolset of valid measures to consult on organizational performance and employee wellbeing and experience. This role will lead projects on internal data governance as well as external benchmarks and market data. In addition, the incumbent will serve as the subject matter expert on developing and validating sentiment analysis and AI NLP methods. Coordination of work with People Data Analyst and People Data Scientist will be key for success.
