  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with visualization tools like Quicksight, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques and exposure to large language models.
  • Proficiency in statistical modeling, experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference methods.
  • Ability to translate complex data into compelling stories for diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Background in internal or external consulting roles preferred.
  • Advanced degree in relevant fields such as Industrial-Organizational Psychology or Data Science preferred.
  • Understanding of organizational psychology principles and employee motivation theories.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in building and deploying machine learning models.
  • Experience in developing clear and compelling data visualizations.
