About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled People Data Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing employee data to provide insights that drive strategic decisions and improve organizational performance, with a strong emphasis on predictive analytics and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in HR or people analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Databricks, Python, R, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with HR software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced statistical analyses, with a focus on predictive analytics, to support HR initiatives.
• Play a key role in workforce planning by providing data-driven recommendations.
• Analyze employee data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key HR metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Implement automation to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports.
• Present findings to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Other duties as assigned
