Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness Lead change initiatives with empathy and clarity, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption. Facilitate team effectiveness, conflict resolution, and leadership alignment. Use data and analytics to assess organizational health and recommend improvements. AI & Future of Work Enablement Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into people practices in a responsible and human-centered way.
