About The Position

Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. The People & Culture Coordinator will be the consistent representative for the Sensei Lana’i, A Four Seasons Resort, People & Culture Office, while also supporting our teams at Four Seasons Resort Lana’i and all other Four Seasons Lana’i entities. This role will provide administrative support as well as providing all staff with important People & Culture expertise and guidance with day-to-day questions.

Requirements

  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.
  • Weekend and Holiday availability may be required.
  • Ability to accurately read and work with computer systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day People & Culture office duties of the Sensei Lana’i, A Four Seasons Resort, while serving as a consistent presence.
  • Respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant, or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
  • Maintain, update, and ensure confidentiality of all employee files, records, and medical information in Workday and paper files.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including typing, filing, copying, answering phones, and managing office supplies.
  • Maintain and update employee files and records in Workday.
  • Support recruitment efforts: applications, check references, and process new hire paperwork.
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing employee events, meetings, trainings, and internal communications.
  • Run reports from Workday on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace, including ordering and managing departmental supplies.
  • Support Four Seasons Resort Lana’i and all other Four Seasons Lana’i entities when needed, including attending weekly meetings at Beach Resort.
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules, Standards of Conduct, and departmental policies.
