About The Position

The People & Culture Manager at Schurz Communications will lead the organization's employee relations, talent acquisition, and development initiatives. This role is designed for a proactive business partner who will drive growth, innovation, and cultural integration while addressing people and business challenges with strategic solutions. The manager will ensure compliance with regulations and deliver high-quality support to employees, acting as a cultural steward to embed company values into the employee experience.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years' experience in an HR role with a broad range of responsibilities across multiple HR functions.
  • Associate's degree in human resources management, Organizational/ Business Management, or related studies.
  • Proven expertise in all aspects of the human resources body of knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Participate as a member of the leadership teams for the supported organizations.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support in talent management, succession planning, project coordination, change management, employee engagement, recruitment, and workforce strategy.
  • Interact regularly with management teams to provide leadership and guidance on HR policy matters.
  • Recommend and implement actions to build leadership, coordinate succession planning, and improve team effectiveness.
  • Contribute to business strategy from a people perspective, aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
  • Reinforce the HR service delivery model with coaching support to leaders and employees.
  • Conduct employee and talent data analysis to provide insights for decision making.
  • Provide HR project management services and advocate for employees in HR matters.
  • Review business and HR performance measures and advise management on human capital impacts.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate strategies and employment laws.
  • Support businesses onsite and remotely through technology.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts at assigned organizations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Benefits

  • Annual salary range of $65,000-$85,000 plus bonus.
