Our 10-week summer internship program provides an opportunity to gain new skills at an organization transforming the industry. Interns support projects that deliver real impact and provide real value to our organization. Interns participate in various professional development and networking activities throughout the summer. The anticipated summer internship start date is June 1, 2026. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented People & Culture Summer Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in HR, project management, or business operations to gain hands‑on experience supporting core HR processes and systems. You’ll partner with P&C Operations team members on a variety of projects that improve employee experience, enhance data accuracy, and streamline HR workflows.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field during the 2025-2026 school year AND returning to the program after completion of the internship
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); comfort with learning new systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Support the P&C Operations team with day-to-day activities including data entry, document management, and process coordination.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate employee records within HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, HRIS tools).
  • Help prepare reports, dashboards, and data pulls to support business needs.
  • Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with HR partners on projects related to onboarding, compliance, employee lifecycle changes, and policy updates.
  • Conduct research and assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide general administrative support for audits, file maintenance, ticketing system requests, and special projects.
