About The Position
People & Culture Interns will participate in an 8-week rotational program through various areas of human resources: Office of the NMP - People, People Experience, DEI&B, Community Building, and Colleague Learning & Org. Effectiveness. The Office of the Chief P&C Officer team listens to feedback to gather information on current and anticipated future challenges and objectives, continuously strategizing and empowering the entire P&C function to create and execute value-added services with quality, speed, and operational efficiency. Interns will assist with various tasks across these teams, contributing to the overall mission of enhancing the employee experience and supporting the firm's culture.
