What You’ll Do In This Role We’re looking for a People & Culture Generalist who is passionate about creating exceptional employee experience and helping people thrive at every stage of their journey. This role is all about connection, ownership, and impact — supporting our teams through thoughtful programs, meaningful conversations, and a genuine commitment to our culture.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role, with a solid understanding of HR best practices.
  • Willingness to travel intermittently to support our US based teams.
  • Self-motivated, organized, accurate, confident, authentic, results-orientated, open-minded and enthusiastic.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you build trust and connect with people by listening well, speaking clearly, and fostering open dialogue.
  • A genuine sense of ownership and accountability — you follow through, take initiative, and care deeply about outcomes.
  • Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills — you stay curious and persistent in finding better ways to work.
  • A growth mindset — you’re always learning, evolving, and encouraging others to do the same.
  • A collaborative spirit that values teamwork, inclusion, and shared success.
  • The ability to drive results with focus and urgency, ensuring that your work connects to broader business goals and employee wellbeing.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SHRM Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless and supportive onboarding journey for new employees.
  • Manage the internal knowledge base and ensure employee resources are up to date and accessible.
  • Support smooth offboarding experiences with care, clarity, and compliance.
  • Support recognition programs that celebrate individual and team success.
  • Assist with planning employee engagement events and wellness programs that foster connection and belonging.
  • Provide support for internal communications to keep employees informed, inspired, and aligned.
  • Support internal learning and development initiatives.
  • Maintain the HRIS system (Workday) and manage employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies, taking ownership of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support with HR audits, reporting, and legal documentation.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing clear and compassionate guidance.
  • Support performance management processes, including annual reviews, coaching and feedback, goal setting, progressive discipline, and, when necessary, terminations.
  • Partner with leaders to help resolve employee concerns, escalating as needed with sound problem-solving and judgment.
