The People & Culture Generalist plays a highly visible and high-impact role across recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and workplace operations. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or Office Operations
  • Experience supporting recruiting workflows and interview coordination
  • Experience managing onboarding administration
  • Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems (Paylocity preferred) and Microsoft O365
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work fully onsite

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Experience in a hybrid HR/Office Operations role
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms

Responsibilities

  • Post and manage open roles in Paylocity ATS
  • Lead hiring intake meetings with managers to clarify must-haves, screening criteria, and next steps
  • Conduct resume reviews and phone pre-screens
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
  • Maintain organized recruiting documentation
  • Ensure a professional, timely, and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain office readiness and daily workplace operations
  • Manage supplies, inventory levels, and vendor coordination
  • Oversee coffee and refreshment program
  • Coordinate team meals and catering logistics
  • Ensure conference rooms are clean, stocked, and meeting-ready
  • Support company-wide events such as AI World
  • Maintain employee files and documentation in Paylocity
  • Own pre-employment workflow
  • Ensure documents are completed and filed accurately
  • Coordinate Day 1 logistics and new hire communications
