About The Position

The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. The People & Culture Coordinator provides support and clerical expertise to the People & Culture Department and responds to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.

Requirements

  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task.
  • Experience working in Human Resources and/or hospitality is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and clerical expertise to the People & Culture Department.
  • Respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
  • Achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction.
  • Comply with all Four Seasons' policies.
