Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Talent Director to implement strategies that build skills and drive performance aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to strengthen internal development and succession planning.
  • Advise coaches on employee relations and performance management.
  • Manage key employee life cycle events such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Work with the talent acquisition team to build a strong pipeline and align HR practices.
  • Collaborate on organizational design to drive performance and efficient decision-making.
  • Lead engagement surveys and action planning with leadership.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and ensure smooth leadership transitions.
