Join Virginia Housing and help make a difference as a People, Culture & Belonging Intern . Virginia Housing’s HR Department is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our dynamic team. This important role will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience assisting with inclusion, diversity, equity and access (IDEA) initiatives by supporting data collection, research, training coordination, and employee engagement efforts aligned with organizational mission and values. The Intern will provide administrative and project support to People Operations and leadership teams, including meeting coordination, report preparation, and tracking deliverables across multiple initiatives and assist in coordinating with Virginia Housing program areas to support initiatives and activities connected to agency programs serving partners, communities, and residents across the Commonwealth. The Intern will coordinate with a diverse range of community partners, stakeholders, and external organizations to support outreach, engagement, and collaborative efforts aligned with Virginia Housing’s mission. Virginia Housing is one of the nation’s premier housing finance agencies. Our mission is to help Virginians attain quality, affordable housing, which we accomplish through our public-private partnerships.
