You will leverage analytics and insights to create compelling narratives for change and gain sponsorship from stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include root-cause analysis and synthesizing issues and problem statements, matching talent strategies to business strategies, and delivering global programs that drive results. You will utilize deep business acumen and a collaborative approach to enable business growth and scale through the ongoing development and support of talent. Your day-to-day activities will involve synthesizing complex situations into actionable formats for business leaders and their teams. You will be a team-oriented builder who understands how to achieve buy-in from diverse constituencies, building bridges and designing "win-win" solutions across a matrixed organization. The role requires the ability to navigate a rapidly changing organization and operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity. You will partner with the business on workforce and talent initiatives to support dynamic change and organizational evolution, acting as an empathetic partner who actively listens and provides coaching to employees and managers through complex and confidential situations.
