About The Position
As the People Business Partner for our Operations team at our Suwanee, Georgia distribution center, you will play a pivotal role in shaping an inclusive and thriving workplace culture. You'll be a trusted advisor and hands-on resource, guiding employee relations with confidence and independence. As an active member of the Operations Leadership Team, you'll collaborate with leaders to develop, mentor, and empower 200+ team members. Success in this role comes from blending your business acumen with HR expertise, embracing curiosity, and finding joy in problem-solving.
