About The Position

This strategic People Business Partner role is designed for an experienced HR professional who thrives at the intersection of business, talent, and culture. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, employee engagement, and team effectiveness. Working closely with leadership across global teams, you will coach managers, drive talent initiatives, and influence decisions that shape long-term growth and performance. This role combines hands-on problem solving with strategic insight, enabling scalable people solutions that support business priorities. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience, strengthening workplace culture, and supporting the development of high-performing teams in a remote-first, global environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a People Business Partner, ideally supporting revenue or client-facing organizations.
  • Proven experience in organizational design, change management, manager development, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices across multiple countries.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable people solutions that meet business needs.
  • Experience interpreting HR data and analytics to influence business outcomes and guide talent decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for working with leaders at all levels.
  • Experience managing global, remote teams and understanding cultural differences that inform HR strategy.
  • Alignment with company values and comfort working in a remote-first, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders and business teams to provide strategic HR guidance.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to managers at all levels, helping them grow and develop their teams.
  • Advise on organizational design, change management, and talent strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Partner with employee relations to resolve complex workplace issues effectively and fairly.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience teams to implement business-aligned people initiatives.
  • Champion company values and culture, ensuring employees are engaged, productive, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyze workforce data to provide insights, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions for leadership.
