About The Position

As a People Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to leaders and employees, supporting consistent, compliant, and people-centered workforce practices across the organization. This role balances employee relations partnership, workforce compliance execution, and people analytics, with a strong focus on early intervention, risk mitigation, and manager capability. You will partner closely with the Director People & Talent Partners to ensure fair, transparent, and data-informed people decisions, while providing defined employee relations support for designated client groups or issue scopes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field with 1-3 years of relevant experience; 4-6 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 
  • Demonstrated professional experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee relations.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-CP, PHR/SPHR or other HR Certification.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coach managers on performance management, policy application, conflict resolution, and building inclusive, high-performing teams; provide low-to-moderate Employee Relations support and escalate complex matters as needed.
  • Coordinate compliance program execution (ADA, EEO, AAP, posting requirements, unemployment); support investigations, corrective action, audits, and regulatory updates; maintain audit-ready tracking/documentation.
  • Own job description governance (review, standardization, formatting, grading readiness) and support compensation processes (market data analysis, merit cycles, status changes); advise leaders on equitable application within guidelines.
  • Track and analyze workforce/ER metrics; translate findings into actionable insights; prepare executive-ready dashboards and reports; support headcount tracking and workforce planning.
  • Provide recruiting continuity support as needed (candidate coordination, requisition support, stakeholder communication) and identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and operational efficiency.
  •  Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
  • Perform other duties needed to help fulfil our mission, drive our strategy, and support our organization’s values.
