You will deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to the organization, from educating clients on compensation practices, labor and employee relations, performance management, and career development, to advising on various management topics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven performance as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in HR Support.
• BA/BS or equivalent is preferred.
• Able to work occasionally aligned to European and Asian time zones.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior People Business Partners and business leaders to support the People strategy.
• Support the People team, which is focused on building and maintaining extraordinary talent at Apple.
• Deliver strategic and tactical HR support and programs.
• Educate clients on compensation practices, labor and employee relations, performance management, and career development.
• Advise on various management topics.
