About The Position
Aon is hiring a North America People Business Partner to join our People Organization in the US. This role would be located in either Chicago or New York City and is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work in the office and remotely throughout the week. As a People Business Partner, you will influence, coach, and counsel leaders and managers on people-related matters to foster a strong culture of inclusion, courage, connection, and accountability. You will collaborate with various People Org Centers of Excellence on key initiatives to support business needs and ensure a comprehensive understanding of new and updated People programs and policies.
